Our school year will begin in about a week. I have been busy trying to decide what I will wear. The beginning of the school year is always hot. We are suppose to dress professionally, but because of the heat most of the teachers dress mostly in a casual way. I will wear quite a few dresses and skirts this year, because I have a fitting problem with my pants that I have to work out. I remember when I could just cut my patterns right out of the envelope without any alterations. Weight changes have stopped that. I have succumb to the fact that I need a new set of measurements and quite a few alterations. I have been sewing since about the 4th of July on some outfits to begin the year with. I have also used Butterick 5347, It is my favorite. I will show pictures of me wearing some of my garments tommorrow.
